/Article

The team behind the TV show 'Good Day' has responded to allegations that they restricted access to Kim Soo Hyun's video for overseas viewers while allowing it to be viewed in South Korea.

According to an official from MBC's program 'Good Day,' the video was made private in certain international regions due to copyright concerns.

Kim Soo Hyun, a member of '88 Nation' who had been appearing on the show, faced backlash when reports emerged of his relationship with the late Kim Sae Ron when she was a minor. There were also claims that Kim Sae Ron was pressured by Kim Soo Hyun and his family's agency to repay a large sum of money she borrowed for damage settlement after a drunk driving incident.

Fans also accused the production team of selectively blocking overseas viewers from watching a video of Kim Soo Hyun performing "Wearing a Black Skirt" while allowing South Korean audiences to access it.

In response to the controversy, the 'Good Day' team announced their decision to minimize Kim Soo Hyun's appearances on the show. They acknowledged the seriousness of the situation and stated that they are listening to audience feedback. The team mentioned that the episode featuring Kim Soo Hyun, recorded on February 18, will be edited to reduce his screen time. Moreover, they confirmed that the individual recording session with Kim Soo Hyun on March 13 will not be aired.
