BLACKPINK's very own Jisoo set the stage on fire as she launched her highly anticipated solo fan meeting tour, 'Lights, Love, Action!' in Manila, Philippines. Dazzling in a shimmering silver ensemble, Jisoo wowed the crowd with her opening performance of "earthquake," the lead track from her debut solo mini-album 'AMORTAGE.' Following her captivating performance, Jisoo engaged in a lively Q&A session with the audience.
Expressing her initial nerves, Jisoo shared, "At first, I was very nervous. But as I stepped onto the stage and saw all the Blinks, I was overwhelmed with joy and excitement." This momentous event marked Jisoo's inaugural solo appearance in the country, following BLACKPINK's spectacular 'BORN PINK' showcase at the Philippine Arena in March 2023.
Delving into the significance of her current favorite song, "Your Love," a track from her latest project, Jisoo explained, "The lyrics convey a heartfelt message to the Blinks. Every time I perform this song, it feels like I am pouring out all my love for them."
When asked to describe herself in three words, Jisoo charmingly replied, "Tough, cool, and cute," earning unanimous agreement from the enthusiastic audience.
The evening brimmed with joy and excitement as Jisoo engaged in fun activities such as decorating a gift for a lucky winner and guessing participants' actions.
Thrilling the crowd, Jisoo took to the stage to perform songs from her recent album including "Your Love," "Tears," and "Hugs & Kisses," along with fan-favorite debut tracks "Flower" and "All Eyes On Me," concluding the night with another electrifying rendition of "earthquake."
