Teyana Taylor's mother, Nikki Taylor, is raising concerns over the unexpected surfacing of details from her daughter's sealed divorce case with Iman Shumpert.

Surrounded by swirling rumors stemming from leaked information about the high-profile divorce settlement, Nikki Taylor, who also serves as Teyana's manager, took to "The Breakfast Club" through co-host Loren LoRosa to address the situation.

Expressing bewilderment at how confidential information from a sealed case that was finalized in July 1, 2024, has become public knowledge this week, Nikki Taylor questioned the sudden exposure of sensitive details.

Drawing attention to the need for a balanced representation of the facts, Nikki Taylor underscored the importance of considering both parties involved.

"what about the other party received?" she queried. "Let's be crystal clear, BOTH parties walked with the properties, vehicles and businesses that they obtained separately."

Reports suggest that Teyana Taylor secured a significant settlement, including multiple luxury assets valued at over $10 million and full ownership of her businesses, among other assets, following the divorce. Meanwhile, Shumpert agreed to monthly child support and private school expenses for their two children.

Despite citing "cruel treatment" in her divorce filing last January, Taylor emphasized that infidelity was not a factor in their separation.
