50 Cent Responds Strongly to Assault Lawsuit: “Won’t See a Penny from Me Like That”

Rapper 50 Cent dismisses recent assault lawsuit as a money grab, accusing the alleged victim's attorney of chasing ambulances.

50 Cent is unfazed by the legal woes stemming from an alleged assault lawsuit.

According to TMZ, photographer Guadalupe De Los Santos claims that during a book signing event at The Grove in Los Angeles on September 11, 2024, the rapper instructed a member of his team to hit him with a car door while he was on an electric scooter. De Los Santos contends that the incident, captured on film while he was at a red light post-event, has left him with mounting medical bills and lost income, leading him to sue 50 Cent for damages with attorney Gloria Allred representing him.

However, 50 Cent and his legal team have swiftly responded, dismissing the lawsuit as a mere extortion attempt.

Taking to Instagram, the rapper posted an old photo with Allred, cheekily taunting her, questioning her tactics as an ambulance chaser and suggesting a dinner date instead of chasing after his money.

In a statement from his attorney, it was made clear that 50 Cent has not been served with the filed lawsuit yet, but they are prepared to counteract any baseless claims swiftly and seek legal reparations available under the law.

The statement reiterated that 50 Cent was not the driver involved in the alleged incident, distancing him from the accusations made by the paparazzo.
