Former EXID member Hani, known as Ahn Hee Yeon, has resurfaced on social media with a stunning selfie, providing fans with a glimpse into her life post-wedding postponement. This marks her first update since delaying her nuptials with psychiatrist Yang Jae Woong eight months ago.

On March 1, Hani shared a photo on Instagram tagged "Dharamsala," showcasing her transformation with a chic new short bob hairstyle. The picture captured her natural beauty, as she appeared makeup-free and radiantly smiling in the scenic backdrop of the northern Indian city.

Hani and Yang Jae Woong, who were set to marry in September last year after a four-year relationship, put their plans on hold following a tragic incident at Yang Jae Woong's psychiatric hospital. Despite the delay, their bond remains strong as they navigate through the legal aftermath of the hospital incident.

The controversy arose from a tragic event on May 27, 2024, at Yang Jae Woong's psychiatric facility in Bucheon, where a patient codenamed A lost her life under suspicious circumstances. The woman, in her 30s, passed away after being restrained and administered sedatives by the medical staff, triggering a lawsuit from her grieving family.

In light of the ongoing investigation, the Bucheon Wonmi Police Department temporarily paused their inquiry, awaiting expert opinions from the Korean Medical Association. Once these findings are received, further decisions will be made regarding the case.

In the midst of these challenging times, Hani's resilient spirit shines through as she embraces change and positivity, captivating fans with her latest update on social media.
