The album debuted at no. 1 and no. 2 on the global and European album charts, respectively. In a remarkable feat, 'Alter Ego' also claimed the top spot on iTunes' top albums chart in 32 different countries such as Australia, Canada, Spain, and Vietnam, among others.

Lisa's inaugural full album not only secured the top position on the U.S. iTunes chart but also saw all 15 tracks entering the U.S. chart simultaneously. This notable achievement establishes Lisa as the first K-Pop female solo artist to achieve such an impressive feat.

Moreover, the title track "Fxck Up The World" feat. Future dominated iTunes song charts in 16 regions, including Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, and Bolivia.
