Lil Durk is facing a wrongful death lawsuit accusing him of orchestrating a hit on Quando Rondo’s cousin in an alleged act of retaliation.

Lil Durk is facing escalating legal troubles as he is now entangled in a wrongful death lawsuit alleging his involvement in the fatal shooting of Quando Rondo's cousin. The lawsuit's claims echo the criminal charges Lil Durk is currently confronting concerning the 2022 murder of Saviay’a Robinson, also known as Lul Pab.

According to prosecutors, Lil Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, is accused of masterminding the killing as a form of retaliation for the 2020 murder of King Von, a prominent member of his Only The Family (OTF) group.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Robinson's family, recounts the tragic incident where Robinson and Quando Rondo were ambushed while driving near West Hollywood on August 19, 2022. Gunmen reportedly targeted their vehicle near the Beverly Center, firing multiple shots into the passenger side.

Despite efforts to save him, Robinson succumbed to his injuries shortly after reaching a nearby hospital, causing immense grief to his family and community.

Warren Postman, the attorney representing the Robinson family, expressed their devastation, stating, "The premature loss of Mr. Robinson has devastated his family and community. We filed this lawsuit to hold those responsible accountable and to ensure his family receives the support they need during this difficult time."

The lawsuit accuses the defendants of engaging in illegal activities, such as murder for hire, resulting in wrongful death. The Robinson family is seeking compensation for their irreplaceable loss.

In a separate development, Lil Durk's plea for bond was rejected by a judge last December, citing concerns about his potential threat to the community and flight risk. Despite his legal team presenting a comprehensive bond package, including a $2.3 million property bond, $1 million in cash from Sony Music, and strict monitoring measures, the judge ruled against him.

Prosecutors have linked Lil Durk to multiple murders, including allegations of financing a murder-for-hire scheme in response to his brother's killing in 2021. An unsealed indictment reveals his alleged involvement in the 2022 killing of reputed Gangster Disciples leader Stephon Mack and his purported continued involvement in arranging hits on rival gang members.
