YG Entertainment has recently introduced the first trainee from its upcoming girl group, which aims to follow in the successful footsteps of BLACKPINK and BABYMONSTER, drawing attention on a global scale.

On May 28th, YG shared a performance video named 'YG NEXT MONSTER | EVELLI – Nosebleeds' on its official blog, showcasing Evelli, an Australian trainee, during a genuine monthly evaluation session. Evelli, in her debut appearance, performed 'Nosebleeds' by Doechii, embodying the distinctive hip-hop style associated with YG.

Evelli immediately captivated viewers with her striking appeal—possessing a charming appearance along with a deep, mesmerizing voice. Her impressive ability to seamlessly transition between a rich, lower vocal range and fast-paced rapping with skillful rhythm and control showcased her versatility and stage presence.

In a prior announcement, YG revealed that the new girl group would consist of four members, with each member being introduced individually. As the successors to BLACKPINK and the emerging BABYMONSTER, who are gaining recognition for their strong live vocals and growing international fanbase, the anticipation for the new group is immense.

Executive Producer Yang Hyun Suk has expressed his confidence in the trainees' unique talents, urging audiences to judge them based on their genuine abilities. Evelli, as the first reveal, has already left a strong impression with her natural talent and charisma, building excitement for the forthcoming introductions of the remaining members.
