BTS members V and Jungkook, along with actor Song Kang, have recently shared updates on their workout routines, showcasing their impressive physical fitness and dedication to their military service commitments.

Choi Han Jin, a bodybuilder, posted selfies on social media on May 3 featuring the three stars working out at a gym. He praised their calm yet focused energy and sincere approach to training, highlighting their exceptional strength and overall physical condition.

In the images, V and Jungkook are seen posing in front of a mirror, displaying their well-defined arm muscles. Both artists demonstrate a noticeable increase in muscle mass compared to their pre-service appearance, with V particularly standing out for his more mature and masculine look.

V and Jungkook are expected to complete their military service on June 10 and June 11, respectively, after enlisting in December 2023. Song Kang, who began his service in April 2023, is slated to be discharged on October 1, 2025.

According to recent statements from HYBE's executives, there may be a delay in BTS' group activities resuming in 2025.
