'When Life Gives You Tangerines' emerged as the biggest winner overall despite not receiving the Grand Prize, taking home four awards: Best Drama, Best Supporting Actor for Choi Dae Hoon, Best Supporting Actress for Yeom Hye Ran, and Best Screenplay for Im Sang Choon.

Notable wins in the television category include tvN’s 'Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born' securing awards for Best Actress (Kim Tae Ri) and Best Artistic Direction (Jang Young Gyu). MBC’s 'Doubt' received accolades for Best New Actress (Chae Won Bin) and Best Director (Song Yeon Hwa). The Variety Show Award was presented to 'Punghyanggo,' a YouTube program featuring Yoo Jae Suk.

During the awards ceremony, Director Park Chan Wook, who co-received the Screenplay Award, touched on the upcoming presidential election in June in his speech, emphasizing qualities of effective leadership.
