Actor Kim Soo Hyun and his management company, Gold Medalist, have taken further legal steps against Kim Se Ui, the individual behind the YouTube channel Garo Sero Institute (Gaseyeon).

Gold Medalist issued a statement on April 30th KST, announcing that they have filed new charges against Kim Se Ui for violating the Anti-Stalking Act. The complaint follows a previous legal action on April 1st over the same matter, stemming from Kim Se Ui's continuous spread of false information about Kim Soo Hyun.

After authorities recognized Kim Se Ui's behavior as stalking and secured a provisional order on April 22nd to stop his actions, the Seoul Central District Court officially notified Kim Se Ui of the ruling on April 24th. However, he has persisted in spreading misinformation about Kim Soo Hyun on his YouTube channel, which is a violation of the court order and could lead to criminal penalties as per the Anti-Stalking Act.

Gold Medalist underscored that Kim Se Ui's actions could result in a prison sentence of up to two years or a fine of up to 20 million KRW. In response, Gold Medalist and Kim Soo Hyun have proceeded with additional legal measures to address the situation promptly.
