The Game has officially lost his expensive Calabasas property as a judge approved its sale to help settle the $7.13 million judgment owed to Priscilla Rainey. Rainey had sued the rapper in 2015 for an alleged sexual assault, which he denied. The Game did not show in court during the 2016 trial, resulting in a default judgment. The jury awarded Rainey $1.13 million in compensatory damages and $6 million in punitive damages for not taking the trial seriously. Despite Game's arguments that the house was protected under homestead exemption, the court ruled in Rainey's favor to proceed with the property sale. It was found that the property was legally owned by JTT Holdings LLC, a company created by Game and his manager to evade Rainey's claims. Rainey has been aggressive in her collection efforts, seizing Game's music royalties and other assets. The property is valued at approximately $4,037,500, and if sold at that price, Game would still owe Rainey almost $3 million.
