Stray Kids recently made an announcement regarding changes to their upcoming performances.
On May 24, JYP Entertainment released an official statement revealing that Felix from Stray Kids would be adjusting his choreography for their tour due to increasing discomfort from a back injury. The group is currently on their 'dominATE North America' tour, which will proceed as scheduled but with altered dance routines.
JYP Entertainment provided an update on Felix's condition, noting that despite ongoing rehabilitation and treatment for his back, he has been experiencing pain when exerting pressure on his back. After consultations with medical professionals and careful consideration, it was decided that the tour would go on, but certain choreography elements would be modified to ensure Felix's well-being and accommodate his desire to perform. The agency assured fans that Felix's health is a top priority and that efforts are being made to support his recovery.
Felix initially suffered a back injury in February 2022 while rehearsing for an upcoming concert, leading to a diagnosis of intervertebral disc herniation. Recurring pain has persisted since then. Stray Kids also released enchanting teaser photos for their upcoming release, 'Hollow'.
