Claudia Jordan has initiated a $4.5 million defamation lawsuit in response to false accusations of witchcraft and criminal behavior made by a woman she claims she has never encountered before.
Jordan retaliated with a $4.5 million countersuit after being targeted in a bizarre $500 million legal claim by Regina Coco LaRue, where she was falsely accused of engaging in activities such as murder, drug dealing, and voodoo, starting on Instagram in January 2025.
Despite never having met LaRue, Jordan believes the accusations were purposely fabricated with malicious intent and full awareness of their lack of truthfulness.
LaRue's initial lawsuit, filed on January 24 in Maryland District Court, alleged various offenses including defamation, stalking, fraud, and witchcraft, targeting Jordan and nine other individuals. LaRue claimed that Jordan had paid occult groups to harm her through black magic rituals, along with accusations of government loan fraud and drug dealing, which Jordan vehemently refutes.
LaRue, known as a "warrior in the spiritual realm," publicly made these allegations on Instagram, where she has a substantial following.
Although LaRue's amended complaint was dismissed by the Court on April 14 with a 28-day window for revision and re-filing, Jordan did not wait and promptly counterclaimed for $1.5 million in compensatory damages, $3 million for damage to her reputation, punitive damages, and legal costs.
It is noted that the only apparent connection between Jordan and LaRue is through Jordan's former boyfriend, Kendall Dismuke, who was previously involved with LaRue's daughter. Jordan affirms that she has never met LaRue's daughter and has no personal association with LaRue herself.
The final decision rests with the judge pending further proceedings.
