BOYNEXTDOOR has reached a significant achievement with their latest mini-album 'No Genre'. Within just five days of its release on May 13, the album exceeded 1 million in total sales.

As of May 17, Hanteo Chart reported that 'No Genre' had sold 1,074,316 copies across all three physical versions. This remarkable milestone outstrips the debut week sales of their previous album '19.99', which recorded 759,156 copies sold.

The group has shown a remarkable growth pattern. Starting with about 110,000 copies sold of their debut single album, they proceeded to sell around 450,000 and 530,000 copies in the first weeks of their subsequent mini-album releases, demonstrating consistent progression.

Their album '19.99' made its debut on the Billboard 200 chart at No. 40 on September 28, 2024, marking their first million-selling album, achieving this feat in about six weeks. In contrast, 'No Genre' accomplished this milestone in just five days, indicating the group's increasing popularity.

Their album has garnered strong international responses. In Japan, 'No Genre' secured the top spot on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking on May 14 and 15, while in China's QQ Music, the title track and B-sides reached the Soaring Chart on May 14.

The lead track 'I Feel Good' made a notable entry into the top ranks of Melon’s Top 100 the day after its release, showcasing significant digital performance alongside physical sales. With their previous digital single 'One Day I LOVE YOU', the group has been enjoying consecutive successes.

BOYNEXTDOOR has actively participated in the songwriting process since their debut, infusing their music with relatable narratives and emotional depth. Their distinct sound inspired by everyday life, combined with dynamic live performances utilizing handheld microphones, captivating stage charisma, and versatility across various genres, has contributed to their expanding fan base.

Their camaraderie is also evident in their original content series such as 'WHAT? DOOR!' and 'WITH BOYNEXTDOOR', with some episodes amassing over 1 million views on YouTube.

The group is currently promoting the track 'I Feel Good' on music shows and will continue their comeback through appearances on various programs, including MBC’s If You Rest, You’re Lucky, SBS PowerFM’s Cultwo Show and Love Game, and KBS Cool FM’s Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show.
