Binance Wallet users are preparing for the 16th exclusive Token Generation Event (TGE) featuring Privasea AI (PRAI), a new privacy-focused AI protocol. However, participation is limited to a specific group of users with sufficient Alpha Points.

Privasea AI introduced its PRAI token through PancakeSwap DEX on May 14. Users with the required Alpha Points can join the token generation event. The event was announced by Binance Wallet for subscription from 10 AM to 12 PM UTC.

The price of Privasea AI (PRAI) surged by more than 1,458% post-TGE, reaching $0.005939 on PancakeSwap V2. New eligibility criteria for Binance Wallet's TGE have sparked discussions among airdrop hunters and loyal Binance Alpha members.

To participate in the PRAI TGE, users need 198 or more Alpha Points. Those with 162 to 197 points can still participate if their Binance UID ends in zero, a contentious requirement.

Participants must pay 15 Alpha Points via the Alpha Events portal, and 40 million PRAI tokens are designated for future campaigns. Privasea AI employs Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) for processing AI tasks on encrypted data to ensure privacy and computational speed.

The PRAI token facilitates decentralized governance across BNB Chain, Arbitrum (ARB), and Solana (SOL), establishing itself as a multichain AI platform in the web3 sector.

Binance Alpha's focus on early-stage projects continues with PRAI's listing, following previous selections like Bluefin and Sudeng. The competitiveness to earn Alpha Points has intensified, driven by the allure of early access to lucrative token launches.

Despite the positives, the UID-based restrictions in TGEs have faced criticism for limiting fair access and favoring users with bigger wallets. Binance views the changes as elevating exclusivity, but some perceive them as obstacles for smaller traders.

Binance remains committed to rewarding community engagement through Alpha Points, with the PRAI event expected to influence future TGE structures. The allocation of 40 million PRAI for campaigns indicates more airdrop-related incentives in the pipeline.
