Renowned chef Edward Lee made a dazzling debut in front of his Korean fans by bringing along his wife and daughter for a special visit.
In a heartwarming moment on the premiere episode of 'Edward Lee's Country Cook' on tvN, Edward Lee, accompanied by his wife Dianne and their 11-year-old daughter Arden, touched down in Korea to a warm welcome from actor Byun Yo Han.
In a light-hearted exchange, young Arden was asked to choose between her father and Byun Yo Han in terms of looks, to which she charmingly asserted, "My dad is more handsome."
Arden further revealed her love for the Korean delicacy Jjajangmyeon while Edward Lee shared that her other favorite dish was her grandmother's Japchae.
Explaining the significance behind bringing Arden to Korea, Edward Lee expressed, “I adore traditional Korean flavors, but Arden is not as acquainted with them. As she has Korean heritage, I wanted her to embrace a part of her cultural background.”
