Shocking Incident: Elementary School Student and Teacher Stabbed in Daejeon

A recent tragic event has shaken the community of Daejeon as reports emerged of a young student and a teacher being found with stab wounds at an elementary school.

The harrowing incident took place around 6 PM (KST) on the 10th, when an 8-year-old girl (referred to as A) and a teacher in their 40s (known as B) were discovered on the second floor of a school building in Gwanjeo dong, Seo gu, Daejeon.

Emergency services swiftly responded, with 119 rescue workers rushing the unconscious student to the hospital. Tragically, despite their efforts, the young girl did not survive.

The teacher, who sustained injuries to the neck and arm, was also promptly taken to a nearby hospital and is currently in stable condition.

Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this distressing incident to shed light on what transpired.
