Despite Sokoya's claims of being punched multiple times by the legendary rapper, investigations revealed that Method Man was actually the one who got struck first. Sokoya complained of facial pain and dizziness but turned down medical aid at the scene.

Method Man's representative, Nicole Perna, vehemently denied the accusations, stating that Mr. Smith denies the reported allegations and has not faced any arrest. The NYPD confirmed no arrest report exists in connection to the incident.
