Lee Young Ae described her daily routine, mentioning that after seeing her children and husband off in the morning, she goes back to sleep briefly as it is too early for her to have breakfast with them.

Regarding her music preferences, Lee Young Ae mentioned she keeps up with the popular K-Pop idols as her daughter is 15 years old. She is familiar with songs by TXT, NCT, and BOYNEXTDOOR and even attends concerts with her daughter, which she says makes her feel youthful. She humorously added that she also invests in idol merchandise.
