6ix9ine could be facing a return to prison as a judge has summoned him to court due to multiple violations of his supervised release linked to his probation terms.

6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, faces a court appearance on April 21 at 10:30 a.m. following an order from Judge Paul Engelmayer to account for various supervised release breaches.

After celebrating the end of his house arrest by publicly removing his ankle monitor, the rapper's celebratory act might lead to his incarceration once again.

Although he appeared to be starting fresh with the end of his confinement, removing the ankle monitor, 6ix9ine is still under federal probation until November 2025, as part of his cooperation in a significant RICO trial involving the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

In recent years, the rapper's legal issues have mounted, including arrests for traveling unauthorized to Las Vegas, missing drug tests, and possessing methamphetamines.

During a probation check, firearms and drugs were discovered at his Florida residence, leading to his detention.

Judge Engelmayer will determine if the latest breaches of his supervised release necessitate further imprisonment for 6ix9ine, whose release terms mandate strict conditions like travel restrictions and drug testing.

The court summons follows a challenging week for the rapper, with the release of two new songs, "HANNA" and "POPPA," receiving mixed reviews on social media.
