Kang Ha Neul and Go Min Si have collaborated on a new project, a heartwarming romantic comedy drama.

Recently, Genie TV's original series 'The Taste of You' had its first script reading for an upcoming gourmet romance drama penned by Jung Soo Yoon and helmed by Park Dan Hee. The series promises to be a delightful romance tale that engages all the senses and is centered around a unique single-table dining experience. The story revolves around a chaebol heir who becomes a "recipe hunter" and a countryside chef running a one-table restaurant, depicting their personal and professional growth together.

At the script reading, Creator Han Joon Hee, director Park Dan Hee, and writer Jung Soo Yoon were present along with the main cast, including Kang Ha Neul, Go Min Si, Kim Shin Rok, and Yoo Soo Bin.

During the reading, the actors seamlessly embraced their characters, showcasing strong chemistry and coordination. Kang Ha Neul portrays Han Beom Woo, a perfectionist second-generation chaebol obsessed with achieving three stars in the "Diamant Guide." Go Min Si embodies Chef Mo Yeon Joo, who values taste and quality above all, impressing with her authentic performance.

Kim Shin Rok plays Kim Myung Sook, a strong yet shy ace of a local gukbap restaurant, while Yoo Soo Bin takes on the role of Shin Choon Seung, the quirky heir to the same restaurant, injecting humor into the narrative.

The production team expressed their excitement for the synergy and passion displayed by the actors during the script reading. They anticipate viewers eagerly anticipating how this chemistry will translate on screen.

'The Taste of You' is scheduled to debut on ENA at 10 PM on May 12th, offering a fresh take on romance and culinary experiences.
