Sources reported that Venezuela's PDVSA has withdrawn permission previously given to Chevron to load and export Venezuelan oil this month. According to the information, two tankers that were already loaded will need to return to ports, while a third had not loaded yet. Both PDVSA and Chevron did not respond to requests for comments. It remains uncertain if the canceled cargoes will be rescheduled as Chevron was instructed by Washington to cease exports from Venezuela by late May.
