Country Garden, a Chinese real estate developer, announced on Friday that it has come to a deal with creditors who own about 30% of its current bond debt. The company is also near to reaching an agreement with a different set of bank creditors. The restructuring plan pertains to a total outstanding principal amount of $14.07 billion of its existing debts.
