'Hypnosis' is a fantasy mystery period drama adapted from a well-received webtoon of the same name, which was serialized between 2019 and 2020. The story is set in the Japanese colonial era and follows the tale of a captivating female vampire and a little-known painter hired to depict her portrait. Suzy will portray the mysterious woman, while Kim Seon Ho will play the role of the artist.
Director Han Jae Rim, recognized for his work on films such as 'The Face Reader,' 'The King,' and 'Emergency Declaration,' will lead the project. This drama venture follows his previous direction of Netflix’s 'The 8 Show.'
