Rapper Sleepy to Sue Former Agency for Defamation After Embezzlement Charges Dismissed by Police
/Article

Rapper Sleepy has announced his intention to sue his former agency, TS Entertainment, for defamation following false criminal accusations made against him. Despite winning a five-year legal battle against the agency, Sleepy revealed that the police dismissed the embezzlement complaint filed by TS Entertainment last year. He emphasized that despite winning a civil lawsuit against the agency in September after a long legal process, they continued to make baseless claims and file malicious criminal complaints.

Regarding the agency's actions, Sleepy stated that as the head of his family, he can no longer ignore them and has decided to take legal action to hold them accountable for their false accusations. He acknowledged that this decision may lead to another lengthy legal battle but emphasized that it was necessary to prevent unjust suffering for himself and others.

Sleepy expressed gratitude to his supporters and promised to maintain a humble demeanor and uphold a positive image. The rapper's legal disputes with TS Entertainment began in 2019 when he filed a lawsuit to confirm the non-existence of an exclusive contract. Despite subsequent legal battles initiated by the agency, Sleepy won in court rulings, including a Supreme Court dismissal of TS Entertainment's appeal. Following these victories, TS Entertainment filed a criminal complaint against Sleepy and his former managers, alleging embezzlement and aiding embezzlement.
