Rapper Gil recently addressed ongoing rumors of tension with his former Leessang partner Gary and clarified that they don't have any issues between them. Gil made an unexpected appearance in a live stream on a female BJ's YouTube channel as part of a content series where he joins other creators' broadcasts.

During the stream, viewers requested Gil to sing G-Dragon's "POWER" and urged him to refrain from drinking. Gil responded humorously and mentioned that he has stopped drinking. When asked about his relationship with Gary, Gil confirmed that they are on good terms and brushed off the rumors calmly. He also sang Leessang Blues upon fans' request, jesting that he does whatever is asked of him.

Gil and Gary established the hip-hop duo Leessang in 2002. However, with Gil facing DUI charges multiple times, their activities ceased, leading to an unofficial breakup. In 2022, Gil hinted at a potential comeback for their 20th anniversary, but Gary publicly denied it, stating that they had disbanded.

The conflicting statements sparked rumors of a rift between the two, but Gil has resurfaced to emphasize that there are no personal conflicts between him and Gary.
