Sung Si Kyung, a popular singer, has decided to temporarily pause his renowned concert series 'Wedding Song,' which he has organized for the past 14 years.

In a recent announcement on April 6, Sung Si Kyung shared that he had made the decision to take a break from his 'Sung Si Kyung’s Wedding Song' concert series, which he had been hosting since 2012. He expressed that it was a difficult choice for him to halt a concert that had brought him immense joy and fulfillment throughout the years.

The reason behind this hiatus, as explained by Sung Si Kyung, was his realization of needing time to recharge after a busy schedule of concerts the previous year. Although he acknowledged that he hasn't been completely resting, he expressed his determination to utilize this time to reflect on himself, undertake new challenges, and create quality music.

To reassure his fans, Sung Si Kyung emphasized that this break doesn't signify his disappearance or retirement. He urged his supporters not to worry and requested their continuous encouragement.

Sung Si Kyung rose to fame in 2001 through the “Sleepless Night, Rain Is Falling” project on KBS Radio’s 'Yoon Do Hyun’s Love Letter' before making his official debut later that year. Since then, he has become a prominent figure in Korea's music scene with a string of hit songs that include “On the Way to You,” “Hee Jae,” “We Match Quite Well,” and others.

Additionally, Sung Si Kyung recently introduced his Makgeolli brand 'Kyung Takju 12°,' which is now available for purchase offline.
