Former “Making Da Band” Artist Arrested in Case Reminiscent of Iconic Chappelle Skit

Dylan, Dylan, Dylan, and Dylan were arrested following an incident where one of them slapped a male victim in North Carolina. One of the well-known participants from Diddy's reality show "Making The Band" in the 2000s was reportedly taken into custody for his role in a physical altercation reminiscent of a popular Dave Chappelle skit.

According to TMZ Hip Hop, Dylan John, the Brooklyn rapper famous for clashing with Diddy in the second season of "Making the Band," was allegedly arrested for getting into a fight with another man in North Carolina. The dispute escalated to the point where John allegedly slapped Paul Joseph Galullo twice in the face. The incident, as per the arrest warrant from the Apex Police Department, took place on April 3 in Wake County.

Law enforcement arrived at the scene, arrested John on a misdemeanor charge of simple assault, and subsequently released him on a $500 bond the same day. His court appearance is scheduled for July 1. Followers of the MTV series he appeared in might recall the moment when Chappelle reenacted the tense situation when John clashed with Diddy and Wyclef Jean on his show "Chappelle’s Show."

Several other former Da Band members, including Chopper and Sara Rivers, have also been in the news recently due to their statements about the behavior of the incarcerated Bad Boy Entertainment music mogul. Chopper, another ex-member of Da Band, mentioned witnessing an incident where he claimed to have seen Puffy being affectionate with a prominent male figure in the music industry back in January.

Moreover, Sara Rivers, a former Da Band member, filed a $60 million lawsuit against Diddy on February 28, accusing him of various offenses, including sexual harassment, assault, battery, career sabotage, and creating a hostile work environment during her tenure on the MTV reality series from 2002 to 2004.
