Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing additional federal sex trafficking allegations involving a new accuser, with his legal team arguing that the relationships were consensual. Prosecutors in Brooklyn filed a third superseding indictment against the Hip-Hop mogul, bringing the total criminal counts to five with the addition of two charges on April 4.

The latest charges accuse Diddy of sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution, specifically focusing on alleged incidents with a second victim from 2021 to 2024. It is claimed that Diddy coerced and transported Victim-2 and others across state lines for prostitution.

Apart from the new accusations, the indictment now includes claims of Diddy kidnapping and using a firearm and threatening a female victim. There are also allegations of Diddy organizing "Freak Offs," events where women were purportedly drugged and forced into sexual activities with male escorts while being filmed.

In response, Diddy's defense team strongly refuted the fresh charges, asserting that they involve previous partners engaged in consensual relationships, emphasizing the interactions were consensual and not coerced.

The upcoming arraignment for Diddy is scheduled for April 25, with the trial set to commence on May 5 in federal court. He is currently in custody at a detention facility in Brooklyn and could face life imprisonment if found guilty on all charges.
