According to Italian daily MF, Prada is set to receive a 2.5-billion-euro financing line from a consortium of banks led by Goldman Sachs. The funding is intended to support Prada in its purchase of Versace from Capri Holdings. The report specifies that 1.5 billion euros will go towards the acquisition, while the remaining 1 billion euros will be allocated to reviving Versace. At the time of the report, Goldman Sachs had not provided any comments.
