More individuals involved in spreading false information will soon face prosecution.

Sublime also reiterated their strong stance against online defamation, emphasizing that they will pursue legal consequences for all offenders without showing leniency or seeking compromises to uphold their artist's rights.

The recent legal actions were triggered by rumors linking Seo Ye Ji romantically with actor Kim Soo Hyun and his brother. The controversy started with a netizen's comment on a Naver fan café post on March 13th, speculating about a possible infidelity. Seo Ye Ji emotionally denied these claims, expressing her distress and denial of any connections with Kim Soo Hyun or his brother.
