The family of the late MBC weathercaster Oh Yoanna has alleged that workplace bullying led to her tragic death, sparking a viral sensation as a popular video of her on 'You Quiz on the Block' has been mysteriously removed.

The disappearance of episode 170 of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' from the OTT platform TVING has stirred up a storm, leaving viewers puzzled. This particular episode featured not only Oh Yoanna but also two other admired TV weathercasters along with Professor Kim Bung Nyeon and actor Son Suk Goo.

Interestingly, not only has the entire episode vanished from replay options, but all traces of Oh Yoanna's presence on video platforms like YouTube and Naver TV have been wiped out as well. Surprisingly, only segments with Son Suk Goo and Professor Kim Bung Nyeon have been spared from this cleanup.

While the removal of the episode may seem connected to the recent bullying claims, it was actually a move made shortly after Oh Yoanna's tragic demise was announced in December last year. At present, a decision on whether the episode will be reinstated remains pending.

During her memorable appearance on 'You Quiz on the Block,' Oh Yoanna candidly shared her journey to becoming a weathercaster, touching the hearts of many viewers. She humbly expressed her gratitude on social media after the episode aired, thanking the production team and her senior colleagues for the opportunity.

Despite the removal of the episode and the workplace bullying allegations surfacing, a recent report disclosed a 17-page suicide note found on Oh Yoanna's phone, shedding light on the torment she endured. The note detailed instances of bullying by senior colleagues, painting a distressing picture.

As the controversial allegations continue to swirl, MBC has stepped up to address the claims, promising a thorough investigation if requested by the bereaved family. The network underscored its commitment to taking workplace bullying seriously and ensuring a safe environment for all.

In a further development, KBS reported that Oh Yoanna's family has initiated legal action, alleging that she suffered from workplace bullying for an extended period. The lawsuit is reportedly based on evidence collected from text messages and phone conversations with a colleague before her untimely passing.

The poignant story of Oh Yoanna and the disturbing allegations surrounding her death have captivated audiences, underscoring the importance of raising awareness and advocating for a safe workplace environment for all.
