Allegedly, Diddy quickly switched the conversation to a sexual nature, unzipped his pants, and made explicit advances.

The lawsuit includes unsettling details, such as a reported comment from Diddy suggesting that the photographer's career would benefit if they complied with his wishes.

The photographer asserts that he felt compelled to give in to Diddy's demands out of fear for his safety and professional future. Additionally, he describes a distressing situation where he claims Diddy forced him to retain his ejaculate in his mouth following the act.

The photographer contends that the incident caused significant emotional distress and psychological harm, deeply impacting his well-being.
