Aaron Hall's current location is a mystery as efforts to serve him legal papers in a lawsuit against him and Diddy have been unsuccessful. Liza Gardner, who alleges sexual assault by Hall and Sean "Diddy" Combs, is now seeking to notify Hall through newspaper publications after multiple failed attempts to locate him. The lawsuit claims that Gardner was assaulted by Hall and Combs in the early 1990s when she was just 16 years old. Despite diligent efforts to locate Hall, including attempts in California and Ohio, his whereabouts remain unknown. To ensure notification of the lawsuit, Gardner is pursuing court approval to publish notices in newspapers circulating in various states where Hall may have connections. The lawsuit, filed under New York's Adult Survivors Act, also involves other defendants such as MCA Inc. and Universal Music Group. Co-defendant DeVanté Swing was voluntarily removed from the lawsuit in January 2025.
