Actor Park Seo Joon has indirectly mentioned the recent issue involving claims that he indirectly criticized actor Kim Soo Hyun in a social media post.

On March 18, Park updated his followers on his pet dog, Simba, on social media. He shared a picture of Simba with the caption, "Simba update♥," and added another comment, "My baby update♥," showing his deep love for his pet.

Park's laid-back and casual attitude seemed to lessen the rumors about him allegedly targeting Kim Soo Hyun. The controversy started when Park posted on March 16, "What did I do in Paris? Garo," along with photos from his recent trip to Paris, France. This innocent post led to speculations that it was directed at Kim Soo Hyun.

The speculations grew when Kim Se Eui, from the YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute, claimed in a live broadcast on March 17 that Park's caption had a hidden meaning. Kim pointed out, "Isn't this quite suggestive? Kim Soo Hyun was previously known as 'YouTuber Kim Paris.' 'YouTuber Kim Paris' was rumored to have exchanged romantic letters with Kim Sae Ron (referred to as 'Serone' by Kim Soo Hyun). Then Park Seo Joon posted 'What did I do in Paris? Garo,' which could be seen as a nod to Garo Sero (horizontal and vertical)."

Kim Se Eui also mentioned, "I even left a comment on Park Seo Joon's post, saying, 'I'm rooting for you, Park Seo Joon.' The bond between Kim Soo Hyun and Park Seo Joon appears to be quite fragile."

However, fans quickly rejected the theory as unfounded, pointing out that Park Seo Joon had previously used the term "Garo" in captions. For instance, last December, he shared a photo from his trip to Miyazaki, Japan, with the caption "In Miyazaki Garo."

Park's recent update about Simba, along with his composed reaction to the controversy, seems to have quelled the rumors.
