Lee Jin Ho, a former journalist and YouTuber known for covering the private life of the late actress Kim Sae Ron, has responded to the lawsuit filed against him by Kim Sae Ron's family. He expressed frustration and clarified his position in a video uploaded on March 17 titled "My Statement on the Lawsuit… I Will Reveal the Truth Until the End" on his YouTube channel.

In the video, Lee addressed the lawsuit brought by Kim Sae Ron's family and emphasized that there were factual discrepancies he aimed to correct. He clarified that he never stated Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun's relationship was fake, highlighting that the content he uploaded about Kim Sae Ron was part of his journalistic reporting.

Lee also raised questions about why legal action was solely taken against him when other media outlets had also covered similar reports. He denied allegations of using sensational language or seeking out information about Kim Sae Ron's burial site for reporting purposes, explaining that he visited the site out of respect and had been misled in regard to the location of her remains.

In response to the criticisms and accusations, Lee Jin Ho stated that he had consistently addressed them but felt disregarded. He mentioned the possibility of taking legal action if one-sided claims continued to circulate.

Furthermore, Bu Ji Seok, the family's lawyer, announced plans to file a defamation lawsuit against Lee Jin Ho on behalf of Kim Sae Ron's family. The family claims that Lee's videos contained false information, particularly regarding his portrayal of Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun's relationship as a "fabrication," which led to the lawsuit being filed.
