They have submitted the necessary documents to the Seoul Family Court earlier this year, with the main terms of the divorce already agreed upon. However, the finalization of the details is still ongoing.

Lee Si Young tied the knot with Mr. Jo, who is nine years older than her, in 2017 during the peak of her acting career. Their marriage attracted considerable attention, especially due to Mr. Jo's thriving restaurant business, where he earned the nickname "Little Baek Jong Won" for his continuous growth. The couple welcomed a son the following year.
