Flavor Flav Stuns Fans by Singing Taylor Swift Song on 'The Masked Singer'

Flavor Flav made waves as the Space Ranger on Season 13 of FOX's hit show, The Masked Singer. The iconic Public Enemy legend captivated audiences with a groundbreaking performance, becoming the first contestant to tackle a Taylor Swift classic, "Bad Blood."

Known as the self-proclaimed "King Swiftie," Flavor Flav didn't hold back his admiration for Swift, hailing her as one of the most influential singer-songwriters of our era.

His unmistakable voice and trademark style, complete with his famous clock accessory, made it a challenge for judges and viewers to guess his identity. Despite initial confusion from the panelists—with guesses ranging from Tracy Morgan to DJ Jazzy Jeff—Flavor Flav was ultimately revealed on "Ghostbusters Night."

In a post-show interview, Flavor Flav humorously remarked that the clues were "easy ass" and that his iconic voice, coupled with the clock belt, gave him away. While he felt his journey ended prematurely on the show, he cherished the opportunity, describing it as a bucket list moment.

Reflecting on his time on The Masked Singer, Flavor Flav expressed a sense of longing for more, lamenting his early elimination and missing out on performing a third song he had prepared. Nonetheless, he was grateful for the positive reception from both the panel and fans.

In a recent virtual chat with AllHipHop, Flavor Flav delved into his storied career with Public Enemy and shared insights on the group's future endeavors. Excitingly, he teased an upcoming tour with Guns N' Roses and hinted at new music in the works.

"We’re scheduled to go out on tour with Guns N’ Roses this summer and we’re working on some new songs right now to bring out on the road," Flavor Flav revealed. "We got some fresh brand new songs right now that we’re putting together, and we’re almost done with them. We’re just putting the finishing touches on them, a couple of little knick-knacks, tweaks, this and that. Boom. Then y’all will have a fresh brand new EP from me and Chuck."
