Media reports on March 14 KST revealed that a mediation session at the Seoul Family Court between divorced couple Choi Minhwan and Yulhee took place on March 12. Unfortunately, the two parties were unable to reach an agreement, indicating that the case is likely headed to court.

Initially settling their divorce in December 2023 without claims of alimony or property, Choi Minhwan and Yulhee had agreed on full custody and parental rights for Choi Minhwan. However, a twist arose in October 2024 when Yulhee made public allegations against Choi Minhwan for involvement in illegal prostitution activities during their marriage. Despite being investigated, no charges were pressed against Choi Minhwan due to insufficient evidence. Subsequently, Yulhee expressed her intent to regain custody of their children and sought alimony and property from Choi Minhwan.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, share a son and two daughters. Netizens were deeply moved by Won Bin's thoughtful gifts to Kim Sae Ron.
