Federal agents conducted a raid on 6ix9ine's Florida residence, seizing items for investigation while the rapper alleged the removal of firearms and drugs.
6ix9ine faced further legal complications as federal authorities searched his Florida mansion on Wednesday, at the core of a probation compliance operation. A collaboration between federal probation authorities and Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office narcotics detectives resulted in the execution of a search warrant at the rapper's home.
6ix9ine reported being restrained from 9 A.M. to around 3 P.M. amidst a thorough search, indicating agents confiscated firearms and narcotics from his property, and even obtained DNA samples from him. Nevertheless, the Sheriff’s Office officials did not affirm the rapper's statements.
Although items were seized for further analysis, authorities clarified they had not yet established a direct connection to Hernandez.
Due to a lack of probable cause, 6ix9ine was not arrested. However, authorities highlighted the necessity for additional forensic testing on the confiscated items before any legal actions could be decided upon.
This raid adds another layer to 6ix9ine’s persisting legal challenges, following his recent 45-day detention for probation violations.
