En Vogue founder and former singer, Dawn Robinson, shocked fans in a recent YouTube video by revealing her heartbreaking living situation. In the emotional 20-minute video posted on Tuesday, Robinson admitted to living in her car for nearly three years after a tumultuous period staying with her parents in Las Vegas during the pandemic.

The R&B star opened up about her struggles, describing her initial stay with her parents as positive before things took a turn for the worse. With nowhere else to go, Robinson found herself sleeping in her car for a month until a potential lifeline emerged when a Los Angeles-based co-manager offered to help.

Expecting a temporary stay, Robinson ended up living in a hotel for eight months as her manager continuously rejected every apartment she found. Frustrated by the situation, Robinson expressed concerns about the financial strain on her manager, who was covering both his rent and her hotel costs.

Robinson finally left the hotel in March 2022 and found support from three individuals, including the mother of one of her former partners. Despite the challenges she faced, Robinson shared that living in her car had brought her a sense of freedom.

Since posting the video on her channel, Robinson has received an overwhelming response from fans, garnering over 8,000 views and an outpouring of support. Watch the full YouTube video below to hear Robinson's story in her own words.
