NJZ Fans Rally Against ADOR's Injunction Request, Petition Gains Massive Support

In a powerful display of solidarity, the NJZ fandom, led by the dedicated fan group "Team Bunnies," has delivered a resounding message to the court. Over 30,000 fans have come together to oppose ADOR's injunction request aimed at retaining control over the popular group.

The movement, which gained momentum on March 12th KST, saw Team Bunnies spearheading the collection of signatures from fans both nationally and internationally. Through a series of petitions, including joint signatories and heartfelt individual letters, the fans made their voices heard. Alongside the petition, the group presented a compelling case with an official statement, legal opinions, and reports detailing the malicious attacks against NJZ members.

Emphasizing their unwavering support for the group, NJZ fans underscored the members' courageous decision to sever ties with ADOR. Criticisms were directed towards HYBE and Chairman Bang Si Hyuk, accusing them of discriminatory practices and fostering a toxic work environment detrimental to the group's well-being.

A poignant reminder of the youthfulness of the NJZ members, with Minji and Hanni at 20, Danielle at 19, Haerin at 18, and Hyein at just 16, highlighted the severity of the situation. Fans decried the prospect of minors enduring distressing conditions under a protracted seven-year contract as unjust.

The petition also drew attention to the mishandling of sensitive materials, such as leaked trainee videos, attributing the distress faced by the members and fans to the negligent actions of HYBE and ADOR.

Arguing passionately against subjecting the members to further anguish within an unsupportive environment, the petition urged the court to deny ADOR's injunction request. Fans pleaded for a verdict that would allow the members to pursue their careers in a nurturing and secure setting.

The legal saga between NJZ and ADOR, ignited in November 2023 when the members announced the termination of their contracts, has now reached a critical juncture. ADOR contests the validity of the contract, seeking to assert its management authority over the group. As the court conducts hearings with the final session slated for March 14th, the impending decision hangs in the balance.

In the midst of this fervent campaign for justice, fans remain steadfast in their unwavering support for NJZ, rallying behind the members in their quest for autonomy and artistic freedom.
