Kirk Burrowes has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging a decade-long ordeal of sexual abuse, coercion, and extortion.
Accusing Diddy of a troubling pattern of misconduct, Burrowes, co-founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, is taking legal action against the music mogul for a series of disturbing behaviors outlined in the lawsuit.
The complaint reveals a distressing narrative of harassment, intimidation, and financial manipulation that Burrowes claims he endured at the hands of Diddy. The allegations include instances of sexual abuse, coercion, violence, and threats extending over many years.
According to the lawsuit, Burrowes describes a distressing incident in 1995 where Diddy reportedly coerced him into witnessing inappropriate behavior. The lawsuit further recounts instances of unwanted sexual advances, voyeurism, and other explicit acts that allegedly transpired.
Among the distressing incidents listed in the filing is an account of Diddy purportedly pressuring Burrowes to engage in compromising actions, such as providing sexual services and participating in demeaning activities intended to assert dominance.
Burrowes also alleges that Diddy resorted to aggressive tactics, including wielding a baseball bat, to pressure him into relinquishing his stake in Bad Boy Entertainment without compensation. Furthermore, the lawsuit claims that Diddy took steps to erase Burrowes' contributions to the company's legacy.
In addition, the lawsuit claims that Diddy sabotaged Burrowes' professional opportunities by tarnishing his reputation within the industry, creating further financial and emotional strain on Burrowes.
Seeking justice through a jury trial, Burrowes aims to address the extensive physical, emotional, and financial harm he believes was unjustly inflicted upon him.
In a related development, Burrowes has also brought legal action against Diddy's mother, Janice Combs, alleging improper acquisition of his ownership stake in Bad Boy Entertainment. Seeking restitution, including financial compensation and reinstatement of his ownership rights, Burrowes is pursuing accountability for what he perceives as an injustice perpetrated against him.
